Forazi Agro Livestock Ltd. officially registered in November 2023. However, the journey begins since 2010 to unlock the agricultural potential of Bhola’s underutilized riverine island (char) lands. Where conventional farming saw unstable, irrigation-dependent terrain, we recognized an opportunity to build a resilient circular agricultural ecosystem that integrates crop cultivation, livestock production, and resource recovery into a single sustainable value chain.

How Our Supply Chain Works
Every farming season begins with a thorough assessment of our char lands. We evaluate soil fertility, natural moisture levels, seasonal flooding patterns, and weather conditions to determine the most suitable crops and farming schedule. Based on these assessments, we prepare cultivation plans that maximize productivity while reducing climate-related risks.
Our farming system utilizes the natural moisture retained in Bangladesh's riverine char lands. Through deep tilling and seasonal crop planning, many of our crops grow with little to no artificial irrigation, reducing water use, lowering production costs, improving soil health, enhancing climate resilience, and supporting sustainable agricultural productivity.
Our livestock and crop production work together as one integrated system. Crop residues are used as livestock feed whenever suitable, while organic manure from cattle and buffalo is returned to the fields as natural fertilizer. This circular approach improves soil fertility, reduces waste, lowers production costs, and supports sustainable agricultural production throughout the year.
After harvesting, our produce is carefully sorted, graded, and prepared for the market to maintain freshness and quality. Selected agricultural products are further processed into value-added products, including our signature Watermelon Jaggery, creating additional income opportunities while reducing post-harvest losses and increasing the value of local agricultural produce.
Our products are supplied through a reliable distribution network serving wholesalers, retailers, institutional buyers, and business partners across Bangladesh. At the same time, our farming activities create employment opportunities for local communities, particularly in char regions, contributing to rural economic development while ensuring consumers receive fresh, high-quality agricultural products.
