During every watermelon season, we harvest many premium-quality fruits that are perfect for the fresh market. However, nature doesn’t always produce fruits with identical shapes and sizes. Some watermelons may be irregular in appearance, slightly overripe, or unsuitable for premium retail sales, even though their quality and sweetness remain excellent.

Instead of allowing these fruits to go to waste, we transform them into something unique—Watermelon Jaggery.

The process begins with carefully selecting ripe, sweet watermelons. After cleaning and preparing the fruits, the juice is extracted and slowly concentrated through controlled heating. This traditional process naturally thickens the juice, creating a rich, flavorful jaggery without compromising its authentic taste.

By converting surplus and non-premium-grade fruits into a value-added product, we reduce food waste, improve farm sustainability, and create additional income opportunities for our business and farming community.
